Anti-Human Trafficking Policy
We are committed to preventing any form of human trafficking and exploitation. We strictly prohibit, and will not tolerate any form of human trafficking, and any other form of slavery, including but not limited to, sex trafficking and/or labor trafficking.
1. POLICY STATEMENT
Trafficking is defined as the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, or receipt of persons by means of threat, use of force or other forms of coercion, abduction, fraud, deception, abuse of power, or a position of vulnerability for the purpose of exploitation, including but not limited to sexual exploitation and forced labor.
Content Suppliers must not engage in any practice that constitutes trafficking in persons or slavery. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
• Engaging in any form of trafficking in persons;
• Using forced labor in the performance of any work;
• Using misleading or fraudulent practices during the recruitment of performers such as failing to disclose, in a format and language accessible to the potential performer, basic information or making material misrepresentations during the recruitment of performers regarding the key terms and conditions, including wages and benefits, the location of work, any significant cost to be charged to the performer.
2.COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
We comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations related to human trafficking, including the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and the Modern Slavery Act.
3. IDENTIFICATION AND PREVENTION
We will take proactive steps to identify and mitigate the risk of human trafficking in our operations. This includes conducting thorough age and consent verification processes, providing training for employees, and implementing stringent vetting procedures for all content providers and partners.
4. REPORTING AND WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION
We encourage all Users, performers, and partners to report any suspicious activities or violations of this policy. Reports can be made confidentially to our email (please refer to our contact page). We assure all reporters that there will be no retaliation for good faith reports.
5. CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATION
Violations of this policy will be taken seriously. Consequences may include disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, removal of content, and legal action where applicable.
6. POLICY REVIEW
This policy will be reviewed and updated annually, or as required by changes in laws and regulations.
